Welcome to www.neurogyan.com(“Neurogyan”). Neurogyan is owned and operated by Dr. Apoorva Pauranik and Pauranic Academy of Medical Education Private Limited (collectively referred to as the “Hosts” or “we” or “us”). We are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.

Pauranic Academy of Medical Education Private Limitedis a company registered in India withcorporate identification number U74999MP2017PTC043743 and havingits registered office at 4, Ahilyapuri Zoo Road, Near Residency Club, Indore-452 001. Dr. Apoorva Pauranik is a senior neurologist and a renowned practitioner in the field of neurology with over 40 years of experience.  

This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) sets out the way how Neurogyan uses your Information (as defined below)andgoverns the manner in which Neurogyancollects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a “User”) of Neurogyan. This Privacy Policy applies to Neurogyan and all services and products offered by Neurogyan.

We are governed by the provisions of applicable law in India including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive and Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011 to maintain the privacy of your Information (as defined below).

PersonallyIdentifiable Information

We may collect personallyindentifiable information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, register on the site, subscribe to the newsletter, participates in any online discussions, voice or video recordings of the discussions with medical consultants or other persons participating in any web based discussions, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on Neurogyan. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, mailing address, phone number(“Personal Information”) and medical records and history, sexual orientation, physical, neurological, physiological and mental health condition etc. (“Sensitive Personal Data or Information”) as may be required in connection with the services being opted for by the Users. Users can always refuse to supply or share personally identifiable information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certainNeurogyan related activities. Non–personallyIdentifiable Information

We may collect non–personallyidentifiable information about Users whenever they interact with Neurogyan. Non–personallyidentifiable information may include the browser name, the type of computer and technical information about Users means of connection to Neurogyan, such as the operating system and the internet service providers utilized and other similar information.

Web Browser Cookies

Neurogyan may use “cookies” to enhance User experience. User’s web browser places cookies on their hard drive for record–keeping purposes and sometimes to track Information about them. Neurogyan collects and uses Users’Information for the following purposes:

Neurogyan carries out a host of activities on its platform, which includes conducting of surveys, Q&A sessions, group discussions on specific neurological disorders, etc. To be able to appropriately place the Users and respond to their specific queries, we may collect relevant Information from the Users.

No Information of any User is collected or stored by/on Neurogyan without the prior consent of the Users.

Sharing your Information

We do not sell, trade, or rent Users’Information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any Information regarding visitors and users with our business partners, trusted affiliates and advertisers for the purposes outlined above.Further, a User’s Information may be shared with legal/regulatory/statutory/governmental authorities as may be directed such authorities. यह गोपनीयता नीति निर्धारित करती है कि न्यूरोज्ञान आपकी जानकारी का उपयोग कैसे करता है (जैसा कि नीचे परिभाषित किया गया है) और उस तरीके को नियंत्रित करता है जिसमें न्यूरोज्ञान उपयोगकर्ताओं से एकत्र की गई जानकारी का उपयोग, रखरखाव और खुलासा करता है। यह गोपनीयता नीति न्यूरोज्ञान और न्यूरोज्ञान द्वारा प्रदान की जाने वाली सभी सेवाओं और उत्पादों पर लागू होती है।

हम आपकी जानकारी की गोपनीयता बनाए रखने के लिए सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी अधिनियम, 2000 और सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी (उचित सुरक्षा प्रथाओं और प्रक्रियाओं और संवेदनशील व व्यक्तिगत डेटा या सूचना) नियम, 2011 सहित भारत में लागू कानून के प्रावधानों द्वारा शासित हैं (जैसा नीचे परिभाषित किया गया है)।

व्यक्तिगत पहचान की जानकारी

उपयोगकर्ताओं से उपयुक्त के रूप में नाम, ई-मेल, डाक पता, फोन नंबर (व्यक्तिगत जानकारी) और चिकित्सा रिकॉर्ड व इतिहास, यौन अभिविन्यास, शारीरिक, न्यूरोलॉजिकल और मानसिक स्वास्थ्य स्थिति आदि के बारे में पूछा जा सकता है। यह ‘संवेदनशील व्यक्तिगत डेटा या सूचना’ उपयोगकर्ताओं द्वारा चुनी जा रही सेवाओं के संबंध में आवश्यक हो सकती है। हालांकि, उपयोगकर्ता अपने विवेक के आधार पर गुमनाम रूप से न्यूरोज्ञान पर विजिट कर सकते हैं। हम उपयोगकर्ताओं से व्यक्तिगत रूप से पहचान योग्य जानकारी तभी एकत्र करेंगे, जब वे स्वेच्छा से हमें ऐसी जानकारी देंगे। उपयोगकर्ता व्यक्तिगत रूप से पहचान योग्य जानकारी साझा करने से इनकार कर सकते हैं। हालांकि, इससे उन्हें न्यूरोज्ञान संबंधी कुछ गतिविधियों में शामिल होने से रोका जा सकता है। सामूहिक रूप से व्यक्तिगत जानकारी और संवेदनशील व्यक्तिगत डेटा या जानकारी को इसके बाद ‘सूचना’ के रूप में संदर्भित किया जाएगा।

वेब ब्राउजर कुकीज

न्यूरोज्ञान के मंच पर कई गतिविधियां होती हैं, जिसमें सर्वेक्षण, प्रश्नोत्तर सत्र, विशिष्ट तंत्रिका संबंधी विकारों पर समूह चर्चा आदि शामिल हैं। उपयोगकर्ताओं को सही जगह पर ले जाने के लिए और उनके विशिष्ट सवालों का जवाब देने के लिए हम उपयोगकर्ताओं की इससे संबंधित जानकारी एकत्र कर सकते हैं।

• न्यूरोज्ञान में सुधार करने के लिए
